09' @TABIT EXCLUSIVE: Traditional Japan From Tokyo to You Package
Experience old traditions as well as the revered nature of Japan in this one package – with the convenience of keeping Tokyo as your base so that you are not moving around all the time with your luggage. You will visit some of the traditional places in Tokyo as well as experience a tea ceremony your first full day in Japan, and then visit a near by city filled with traditional Japanese buildings such as temples, and experience what it is like in a smaller city of Japan.
After strolling the highest mountain in the country, you can slip into the hot springs, which is an experience all visitors to Japan to should have. Since you’ll have a few days of free time, you’ll be able to visit places in Tokyo as you wish, perhaps to hop over to the young city of Shibuya and Harajuku, or to grab a drink at Roppongi or Shinbashi, or even grab a few electronics at Akihabara. Overall, it would be a relaxing vacation, while being a cultural experience of a lifetime.

ABOUT TOKYO TOUR:
TOKYO TOUR include a stunning view from atop Tokyo Tower, a Japanese tea ceremony in beautiful surroundings, and a visit to the Imperial Palace Plaza.

Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from Tokyo Tower before participating in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony at Happo-en Japanese gardens. Savor lunch at the beautiful former manor, the Chinzanso restaurant, then take a stroll along the moat surrounding the Imperial Palace Plaza. Board a cruise at Hinode Pier for a 40-minute trip up the Sumida River to Asakusa. Browse the many colorful stores lining the Nakamise walkway leading up to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest and most famous Buddhist temple, before passing through Ginza, Japan's world-renowned shopping and entertainment district.

 
KAMAKURA WALKING TOUR:
Visit Kamakura, a very popular tourist destination for its temples, shrines, historical monuments. Enjoy a superb view of Kamakura and the sea from Hasedera Temple before taking a short walk to the Great Buddha, the second largest Buddha statue in Japan. After lunching at a Japanese restaurant, take the Eno-den to Tsuruoka Hachimangu Shrine, the most important shrine in Kamakura. Walk along Wakamiya-oji, famous for the hundreds of cheery trees that line it, to the shrine. On the way home, stop by Komachi-dori’s many arts and crafts shops and tea shops.
 
NIKKO & KEGON WATERFALL TOUR:
Local travelers want to visit this beautiful site at least once in their lifetime! On this day trip to Nikko, one of Japan’s most beautiful regions, visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine, dedicated to the first shogun of the Tokugawa era and famous for its carving of the “hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil” monkeys. Travel up Irohazaka to Lake Chuzenji and marvel at Kegonnotaki Waterfall, considered one of the three most beautiful waterfalls in Japan.
 
NIKKO & NINJA 1 DAY TOUR:
Local travelers want to visit this beautiful site at least once in their lifetime! On this day trip to Nikko, one of Japan’s most beautiful regions, visit Toshigu Shrine, dedicated to the first shogun of the Tokugawa era and famous for its carving of the “hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil” monkeys. Entertain yourself at Nikko Edomura, an amusement park that reproduces the life and events of the Edo era. You will also visit the Ninja house and see Ninja performances, which display the techniques and tools these secretive agents used.
 
MT.FUJI & HAKONE TRIP
A special 2-day package staying in Hakone! Experience Mt. Fuji, Japan's most famous symbol. Take in the amazing view from Mt.Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting) before moving to Hakone, where you will board a cruise boat and travel across Lake Ashi to Hakone-en Garden. From the garden, take the ropeway up Mt. Komagatake for a spectacular panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and the valley below. End your amazing day with a relaxing trip to the famous hot springs (onsen) in Odawara, where you will stay at the Hotel Kowaki-en. On the second day, explore the many sights of Hakone at your leisure using a One-Day Hakone Free Pass.
